We've been going to country skittles for nearly 20 years and after reading some negative reviews wasn't sure whether to bother. After all our previous brilliant visits we thought they deserved our custom once again. And we are so glad we did. The skittles is always good, the food was really lovely and we probably spoke to 4 or 5 different staff and everyone of them were so nice and friendly and helpful. It's still the same great place so please take your time to go there. Dont let it go the same way as flambards and then moan when there's nothing to do. These places need our support. Next year we'll be travelling the 400 miles from Leeds once again to Cornwall and an afternoon at Country skittles will definitely be on the list. Keep up the good work and good luck
Had a really fun time here! They take your food order then set up your game of skittles, then call you through when the food is ready. Went on a dark Weds night in November and it was busy within minutes of opening. I had the steak on a hot stone which was delicious, followed by the cheesecake which was divine. The homemade lasagne was the best we've had. Would come again, no question.
This was a great evening out. First a game of skittles then onto food. Food was really great, service was excellent. They have board games to play as well as a small games room with things like table football and air hockey, the kids loved it.
Table of 17 booked in last minute, we has the best time! It was relaxed, staff were amazing and really helpful. The kids had the best time, they were free to roam between the pool room and the arcade room. We also all enjoyed playing skittles!! Very relaxed atmosphere, very family orientated. The teens also enjoyed playing the boardgames and the darts, adults too. Will definitely return and would highly recommend!
Absolutely loved our evening here - such a different and fun place, the skittles/food ordering was seamless, the food was excellent and really reasonably priced. We don’t eat out often as a family as the children get bored easily but there was so much to do, loads of board games, a little arcade, darts, pool etc. Can’t wait to come when we visit Hayle again, worth every penny - I can’t recommend this place highly enough! One of our favourite evenings of the holiday.
Absolutely AMAZING!!!! The chef is Absolutely Brilliant. She made the best food I have EVER had. The staff was Amazing and so helpful. My husband and I went to celebrate our anniversary with his mother and brothers while we are visiting. I can't wait to go back to Country Skittles again before we go home.
We had a fabulous time! It was so much fun. Great for little kids as you could play the skittles in different ways. Big portions of food and very delicious too. Relaxing atmosphere and had an American vibe. We wish we had one near us. Staff were great too.
Went there this evening for my birthday and honestly had a fantastic time, the food was incredible. The lamb grill stone was just amazing. We will definitely be coming back! There were 18 of us and not one complaint. Thank you country skittles for such a great evening.
